Creature Horror POC Looking for EP!

Hey, my name is Doran Seff. I'm looking to bring on another producer for my Sci-Fi/Creature Horror Proof of Concept, Curls

Curls is a creature horror short in pre-production adapted from a published story in Coffin Bell Horror Journal, written and produced by a USC MFA graduate and Hollyshorts Best Short Screenplay Winner, directed by a filmmaker with commercial and music video credits. The story takes place in a near future where DIY cloning kits have hit the black market and follows the grotesque, comedic, and crushing consequences. This is a proof of concept for a feature, but also an awesome standalone piece.

We're crafting something with a longer arc and we're looking for an Executive Producer who wants to be part of that from the beginning. Our fundraising goal is 50K. We value people who are ambitious, talented, and above all, kind team players. We're building a team designed to win and want people who can be a part of that journey all the way through. We have a world-class creature actor with major credits, an SFX shop that competed on SYFY Networks Face Off, and are auditioning excellent candidates for the lead. The pieces are coming together, and a driven, experienced EP would be a major addition that could help position us to win.

Ideal candidates bring experience in financing, festival strategy, or PR — but the right person with the right hustle and instincts is just as valuable to us. We have a strong creative team and a project worth getting behind. We're looking for someone who sees that and wants a seat at the table early.

If that sounds like you, I'll send you the script. Let's talk. You can reach me here or at DoranSeff@Gmail.com.

Hey Doran, this is Sandra from the Stage 32 team. I just wanted to let you know I moved your post from Producing to Financing / Crowdfunding, as it fits much better there. Let me know if you have any questions, and all the best to you!

A strong proof of concept does more than showcase the idea it demonstrates that the team can execute the vision. That often gives investors and producers much greater confidence than a pitch alone.
