About Russ

Russ T. Gee doesn't often speak about himself in the third person, but when he does, it's to highlight his passion for producing the best in visual content, recognized by winning three Emmy® Awards and receiving multiple nominations.

As a director, leader and hands-on professional, Russ has an ability to work independently and within a team environment. He's worked on single and multi-cam productions for live and recorded projects, both in-studio and on-location in a variety genres including: reality, variety, performance, commercials, pilots, webcast, corporate and narrative.

Russ has a contagious, positive personality that supports his work with crew and talent. He has a Master of Fine Arts in visual effects with experience in all facets of pre-production, production and post, bringing a depth to his work as either a lead or consultant. His background in music is evident in his projects, either in directing live concerts or supervising post, and he has an ability to streamline workflows and create efficiencies.
