Now if you had a script, had talked to executives, meetings, etc...then you might have something. I think as writers, we all see things that are similar to our stories but as you grow and develop more, your work will become unique and have it's own fingerprint.

You can't copyright an idea anyway so I don't think you'd have much success suing a giant like Sony-Columbia. Goodluck.
