I'm impressed by the lack of laugh from the audience in most or all the recent comedies, romantic or not.Why the frank, simple, naive, good and healthy laughs have disappeared?the one of Chaplin or Laurel and Hardy movies, were are they?laughs have been changed into smiles and that's called a comedy.Sometimes as in series we hear laughs in the background just to mark the instant we should have laughed but didn't spontanously.Just as if we were completely retarded and didn't understand that "just here at this moment you should have laughed".Did we become all spoiled by the enormity of the productions and ,as a consequence, lost our simplicity ,the naive vision of the children. They also laugh less with time. It's a pity.Perhaps we should learn to laugh again ...laugh defines humans...
So glad that City Lights is #1 on the list. It does suck that I've only seen about 20 of these films.

We ask all new members to pay it forward by inviting 5 fellow creatives to the network and by spreading the word of Stage 32 through other social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The more creatives, the stronger the network. The stronger the network, the more opportunities.
Thanks for joining the movement and for being a part of this most talented and inspiring community. I very much look forward to your contributions.
Thanks, and have a creative day!

I've always enjoyed Old Time Radio and I'm building a sound room/recording studio at home. I'm curious if there is any interest in this medium ?
A beautiful setting for a podcast.
Your next move, after recording some material, would be to make that available online. Audio dramas are making a comeback - "Wolf 359", "Limetown" and "Night Vale" are just a few examples of fiction-based pod-casts. Good luck with your new studio!
I thought about doing one for the western I was planning on writing.

Anyone know if Casting360 legit or not? Thanks.
look it's a very tough business and there are only so many roles so you have to get connected to a movie family or be in one like charlie sheen and martin sheen anyone in that family can get a role or will smith so anyone in his family can get a role
Oh WOW, I want to find out how to get connected to a movie family, that would be awesome.
Sorry to hear about what you went through with your agency Asraiya... thank you for keeping us aware. I would like to know the name of that agency so I steer clear of it. Best wishes for you!
