A documentary about a personal journey to Ishinomaki, Japan. The city most devastated by one of the biggest Tsunamis ever. We can see how a great volunteer network perform the material and spiritual reconstruction of the city. Ishinomaki finds in music its way to join back with life, with the present and the strength to get over pain, making honor to its own name which, literally translated, it means: ISHI = ROCK MAKI = ROLL
