When her final heist goes sideways, a dirtbag thief inadvertently sparks an interstellar war, becomes hunted by both an evil dictator and idealistic rebels, and ultimately must decide if her happy ending is worth screwing over half the galaxy.

SYNOPSIS:

Io is an Earthling in space with her "manling", Meepers. She's a thief and she's not interested in the larger war happening in the galaxy. Io, needing to get hold of a crystal for her business partner/buyer, sneaks onto a ship. What she doesn't realize is that the ship, run by an evil duke, has captured the hero, Rex Starfighter, who is being tortured and his girlfriend, Princess Lumiera, is forced to watch. Meanwhile, Vixen has snuck onto the ship to save them. When Vixen runs into Io, Io unwittingly becomes an accidental ally of the uprising.

As Vixen rescues Rex and Lumiera, and Dominatrix dies, Io is off stealing an important green crystal. She heads out, only to see Vixen and her friends stranded. Io decides to give them a ride, but continues to say she has no interest in joining the uprising. After dropping off her new "friends", Io heads out to make the trade for the crystal so she can purchase her dream plot of land.

Unfortunately, her ship is caught by the Dominators and Io has to fight her way out. She escapes and lands on Judoshi, where Meepers is taken and Io is captured and forced into an arena fight against Gladonna. Gladonna has other plans, and fights for the title of the ruler, decapitating him. The pair fights their way out and Io heads back to her ship.

Back on the road, Io receives an SOS from Lumiera nearby and, against her instincts, decides to help the princess out. Io cons the Dominators into giving her Lumiera. Upon learning that Meepers has been taken, Lumiera agrees to join Io on her quest to save Meepers from Pikepam Station. On Pikepam, Io learns that Meepers has been sold to another market. On her way to track down the buyers, she is taken by the Dominators.

They take Io and torture her for information, but she talks her way out of it, as usual. After sort of having sex with Dominatria, Io escapes and is able to track down Meepers. Vixen and Rex call Io and let her know that she has a tracker on her ship that the Dominants are following. Io finally reaches her buyer with the crystal she stole earlier and realizes that he was going to sell it to Lumiera and her friends. Io cancels the deal and finds reaches out to the uprising squad to meet up.

Io arrives just in time for a massive battle. She delivers the crystal, and the doctor gets to work on getting the beams to work. Dominatria, Io, and Lumiera all come face-to-face, with Dominatria and Lumiera fighting over Io. Io cuts off all of the fighting. They fire the beam and Dominatria loses her war lust. Io leaves and goes back to her ship. Io and Dominatria seek her out. Io apologies for her role in everything if she hadn't taken the crystal. Since Io can't see her dream of a home on Aljana Four any more, they use the crystal to make her a home where she is.
