A down-on-his-luck Bounty Hunter must take a job chasing a 'Skip', the infamous El Baldo, who has fled to dreaded Mexico. The tracker is accompanied by a sultry red-head posing as a writer wanting to interview the bad-ass bank-robbing bandit. Unbeknownst to the bounty hunter, she is really El Baldo's jolted ex-lover and get-away driver. When they finally manage to track down the outlaw (who moonlights as a wannabe Mexican rap artist), the red-head and El Baldo reconcile and cook up their biggest heist ever. But the love triangle that has formed between the three further complicates the mess that is 'Texas-South'.

Now they have the whereabouts, but can only hope they have the wherewithal to handle the crazy world that is the 'Stan as they now try to Kill Bin Laden. There's the Government's story and then there is K-B-L!
