Dwayne Pagnotto

To begin with, I am a very easy-going, good-natured guy, who enjoys spending time with friends and family. I like to go out to the movies, clubs occasionally, and sometimes see a play or two. Unlike most men, I do enjoy going shopping, mainly because it's a chance to get out and see things, talk to people, and basically just have fun, especially if you're doing it with someone you care about. I also enjoy writing poetry, and actually have a book published; though it is no longer available for purchase. I have also taken a course on learning how to write for children's magazines, which I did pass, and have got a diploma to prove it.

I'm a fairly literate, well-read individual, who is somewhat intellectual, and I also have a great sense of humor. I love to paint, and draw pictures, and for the most part, I am pretty good at it. I also dabble in music a little bit. Drums are the main instrument I play, but my innate sense of rhythm carries over onto other musical instruments as well. For this reason, I can also play the keyboards pretty well, the zither, and at one time I used to be able to play a mean flute.

I have one sister, and one brother whom I have not kept in touch with. My brother lives in a place called Orange Park in Jacksonville, Florida. My sister lives out in California. I presently live by myself since my dear mother passed away in September of 2018.

I was born on Jan 28th 1964, in the county of Salem NJ. Was brought up and raised in Penns Grove, NJ, where I went to school, until 1979. At that time, my mother got married, then my family and I moved to Kennett Square PA, where i finished up the last two years of high school, and graduated with honors in 1983. It was here, that i acquired my first paying job, fell in love for the first time, and began to develop into a serious writer of poems and short stories. Then, in 1985, after a failed marriage, my mother, brother, and I moved to Jacksonville, FL, where I lived with my mom until she passed away.

I am a very patient, kind, caring, loyal, honest person, who loves to meet and talk with all kinds of different people, and learn about other cultures. I would also love to be able to travel someday, to other lands like, England, Germany, France, Spain, Greece, and Italy. Italy is where I am from, though I was born here in America. My ancestors came from a part of Italy near what is now modern-day Salerno. I am part Italian, part, German and part English.

My future plans include, writing a novel or two, writing some books for kids, having another book of poetry published, and I am also working on a screenplay, that i hope will one day be made into a movie.
