Hello lovely people!
Just wanting to re-introduce myself as it's been a LONG time since I've said hello.
I'm Fraser, a writer/producer (and sometimes director!) in Scotland.
My mission is to create a Scottish fairytale universe in the form of live action TV shows, live action films, animated films, animated series, documentaries, video games, web series, board games, comics, books etc all based on Scottish storytelling and fairytales.
At the moment a Scottish fairytale that I wrote and produced, "Faithful", directed by Lucy Linger, is doing a film festival run and it premiered at WonderCon in California in March, followed by a screening at San Diego Comic Con. It's also on the STV Player in the UK.
In 2020 we were able to crowdfund a sizzle reel for a project called "Origins of the Laoich", which is a Buffy meets Outlander type series and the foundation for all projects I'm working on. We have a pitch deck, pilot script, a writers bible, sizzle reel and a prequel comic all lined up. BAFTA winning writer Debbie Moon is attached as Exec Producer and we have it on the slate with Dicentium Films in Australia.
I'm developing a Scottish period short film based on the LaoichVerse so if anyone is interested in finding out more, let me know as we're looking to apply for funding here in Scotland/the UK.

A Scottish fairytale universe and Origins of the Laoich sound interesting! You could post your pilot script on your profile. Producers search profiles for projects. Click the gear symbol in the top right-hand corner and select “Edit profile” in the drop-down menu. Scroll down to “Loglines” and click “Add/edit loglines” to the right of “Loglines.” You can also post your script on your profile this way: www.stage32.com/loglines (near the top where it says “Add a Logline”)

Hi Fraser, greetings from an American lost in Germany. I would really enjoy hearing more about your projects. Did you have a chance to go to San Diego Comic Con? I ask because San Diego is where i was living before moving over permanently to Europe.

Wyman sadly we didn't have the funds to attend SDCC from Scotland. Maybe next time :)

You're welcome, Fraser Coull. I can wait until you're ready to share what it's about publicly, which will make me want to know about it even more. I have some projects I'm keeping under wraps too. One is a Fantasy Action feature script. I might post some sneak peek pages on Stage 32.
