Thanks Damien, I tried hard to love it, but it didn't quite resonate at that level - well written, fine script and I also appreciated the simplicity - BUT, I didn't find it compelling, it didn't jump off the page - it was okay, a reasonable read, but I appreciated the film more, so probably the bottom line would be, what the hell do I know, lol.
Wow, somebody remembers The Chant of Jimmy Blacksmith, I'm impressed, Damien - I actually think you would enjoy Ex-Machina, Oscar Isaac is excellent, as he is in most films, plus Alicia Vikander who played the robot Ava was also impressive, cheers.
