This looks more like a blog than a web series. You're not actually telling a story, and I'm pretty sure it's not scripted.
It is scripted but is made to look like a blog. The story is non-linear and the story intersects with real-world events like live performances and other events. I admit it's forward-thinking concept.

Use celtx all the time, when I send off scripts I always send two versions, celtx and pdf files as it's easy to convert, also most agents/distributors insist on receiving scripts by email ? not always but mostly

However, makeup is under rated skill (and it's surprising how many skills are being increasingly treated this way). Adaptation and diversification puts the choices in your hands whereas waiting for others to see the error of their ways... well. It could be a long wait.
Having stepped out of the market and looked objectively, yes alot of skills are going the same way. I find it sad that fix it later is the answer to all problems now. Make up artists do seem to be really keen on it, many I know feel its acceptable. Not all but certainly enough I find it sad.
