You dont. Honestly, no one at CAA is going to take your call unless it is thru a referral. And no one at CAA reps first time writers or is looking for them. CAA doesnt create stars, they take already established successes and make them fucking superstars. Dont waste your time querying CAA or WME or UTA- theyre not allowed to read your query and they dont care. they get about 5,000 queries a MONTH. Do yourself a favor - target the boutique agencies and managers or mid-size agencies first. you will have much more luck. Even larger agencies like Gersh, APA, Verve, Paradigm are ok to try - though still unlikely. but dont waste your time with the Big 4 unless you have a successful body of work and a referral.
Hey Becca! The most direct way I find is through our pitch sessions and consulting services. You can get in direct contact with a working executive from management companies and agencies like Circle of Confusion.
John, there are no Agents on any of those sites!. So, hiding is the right word. You need to go to where they are instead of this new trend of writers Waiting to be found!!

Thanks for the input, Danny. Someone in another thread said you have a webinar on queries?

What Danny said! Your best bet, or only bet is to find a smaller Agency that is accepting new clients.
Start with a manager.
