Matt O'Neill here. I've been a Stage 32 member for a while. I'm a working actor, producer & filmmaker. I have a feature releasing world wide in Jan/Feb 2017 titled Edgar Allan Poe's Lighthouse Keeper. I have two features I've written in active development now. One fully packaged with funding almost secured. I'm also producing and/or starring in a few others all slated to begin production in 2017. I'm looking forward to being more active on Stage 32 & getting to know more of the talented artist here!

Hi Erik! Thanks! Great to be here! Amanda, thank you. Lighthouse was produced by Thunderhead Entertainment & Millman Productions. Came together a few years ago. I had done another movie, Primitive, with Thunderhead (Benjamin Cooper). At dinner during our premiere/promo for that up in San Luis Obispo, CA, Ben & I were talking about how fun it would be to do a ghost movie in an old lighthouse in the vein of the old Roger Corman, Poe movies. His sister in-law mentioned that she worked for the Point San Luis Lighthouse authority. Well... that brought fruition to the idea. Edgar Allan Poe's last, unfinished work was the Lighthouse Keeper. He died before he completed the story. So, based on that, a script was written by Carl Edge with the lead role written for me. Ben & Jeff Miller from Millman Productions put it together, I came-on as co-producer & lead. We got Vernon Wells to star with me and we made the movie. It's a really fun picture! A nice period piece with that old Corman feel. ITN is handling foreign & domestic. It's due to be released at the beginning of 2017. Thanks for asking!

Thanks you all! Amanda, we premiered the Lighthouse at the the 2016 SLO Film Festival! Really great fest & people! Love it up there! Especially good for us because Lighthouse won "Best Narrative Feature Film" in their central coast film makers showcase. Our Director, Ben, is originally from up that way.
