INT. EMPTY ROOM -- DAY
Desolate. Four white walls, a floor, a ceiling and a door.
CLOSE ON DOORKNOB. A noise. A twitch. The knob jiggles, specks of DUST lift off. The door flings open and in flows a TECHNICOLOR WORLD, followed by...
ANDREW ROBINSON (16, short, smooth trilby-wearing kinda guy). This guy's a total nerd, but whatever. He just wants to write a script and drink his caramel frappuccino.
Hi Andrew, nice to meet you!

Andrew, Welcome Aboard! You can do anything you want if you put your heart and your mind to it. But listen to the experienced writers and filmmakers and it will help you. One of my mentors, a producer with 40+ credits said to me, "Experience is the best teacher, but only fools learn there." It's a paraphrase of the actual quote, but it basically means it's easiest to learn when you make mistakes and have pratfalls, BUT, if you can listen to others and AVOID said pratfalls, that is much better. Also, at 16, you have plenty of time to learn and do things the right way. GOD BLESS and STAY FRESH!
Loved your intro, Andrew! You have a great potential... Hope Stage 32 gives you what you need to keep honing your craft. Happy writing for now!
Welcome, Andrew. Nice intro!
