Hello Everyone, I'm a re-aspiring screenwriter, with several screenplays and TV pilots in progress. I've been using Stage32 resources since November. The webinars, script consulting, and Writer's Room resources are all great! I'm trying to stay warm in snowy Iowa right now, working on the pitch for my screenplay, Ahab Van Helsing, Vampire Shark Hunter. How's the film business in Iowa
Gary - non-existent. Used to be active, but some scandal closed the state film office and tax credits dried up and it has never really recovered. Not the place to be for writers and filmmakers.
Hi Jeff, I'm in Iowa too! I didn't know it had two creative people:) My one comedy "If Pigs Could Fly" takes place in Iowa.
Jeff Rohrick I just joined the Writer's Room. I cannot wait to see what it has to offer. I like to build my own worlds. It turns into a bit of a nightmare when it reaches the point for pitching and all that stuff.
