As Craig said there are pretty much Nichol and Austin and everything else. Some of the networks may still have fellowships going on now but more so TV pilot-related.
Trying to combine feedback is going to massively limit options when there's people offering coverage/feedback/notes from named pros such as the services from Stage 32 and Script Reader Pro.

Sille Larsen Lauri put together a spreadsheet of contests and fellowships. Most fellowships have 0 fees and pay a salary.
