Delays receiving Script Coverage on Stage32

Anyone else having delays waiting on script coverage here? I ordered coverage from an Exec x2 and have been waiting 19 weeks on one, and 8 on another.

The turnaround time is supposed to be approx. 2-3 weeks.

I have emailed them, have changed execs on one, and have kept chasing without success. At this point I'm ready to give up...!

I also ordered coverage from an Industry Reader which was actually received very promptly, so I guess that's something...

Eric Christopherson

You have to email Stage 32 Support and they'll address these problems. It's worked for me before.

Maurice Vaughan

Which email did you use, GJ Harvey?

GJ Harvey

Maurice Vaughan support, writershelp, and now Geoff and Richard direct...

GJ Harvey

Elle Bolan Eric Christopherson Yep, been doing that, thx

Maurice Vaughan

When was the last time you emailed writerhelp@stage32.com, GJ Harvey?

GJ Harvey

Maurice Vaughan My last contact from them on this issue was Dec 6 from Support and Dec 2 from Geoff.

Tania Ocasio

GJ Harvey yes I’m also having the same issue but I emailed support and they received my inquiry I have been waiting 37 plus days hopefully it’s great feedback.

Sanna Peth

GJ Harvey I just ordered premium script coverage, only a few days ago. I’m sorry yours has been delayed for so long — that must be really frustrating.

Lindbergh Hollingsworth

Unfortunately this problem has been brought up a number of times ... while many understand there is a waiting period, no one should have to contact support, especially if they've paid for a service. Hopefully this is being looked into to get a better turnaround time.

Bill Albert

Last time it took 11 weeks and got various promises from WritersHelp. It was no big surprise they passed and gave me a very short paragraph talking about the things they liked. That's why I rarely look at Pitch Sessions anymore and look at other sites for getting out there.

Michael Thorn

19 weeks! Hope that's atypical

Sanna Peth

I’m really discouraged right now… Is there anyone here who actually received their feedback on time? :/ Because this is not a small amount of money…

GJ Harvey

Sanna Peth It may come down to those specific Execs, so I hope your experience is not the same as mine!

Bill Albert

Of the last 9 sessions I did only 2 of them responded in time. It's not just the execs.

Bram Christian

I am also experimenting delays, but I’ll let whatever time pass by. In my mind, I was putting the blame on other extenuating circumstances, but I feel better it’s not just me. Thankfully I’ve been putting all my focus on my upcoming short film I plan to direct in 2026 as a follow up to my recent award winning short film TONES. Good luck and continued success to all of my peers here!

Sanna Peth

Hi everyone!

I received my feedback a few hours ago — it was detailed and genuinely helpful, and I’m really happy about it.

GJ Harvey

Gregory Baker Paid.

I just crossed the intended 14-day turnaround here. I submitted for the First 10 Pages Review the day after Thanksgiving to take advantage of the sale. Assumed with the holiday weekend it would be delayed, but seeing this makes me think it will likely be a bit longer. Here's to the wait haha

GJ Harvey

Now at 22+ weeks and 11+ weeks. . Yes, I’ve emailed them, they apologized, said would chase etc..but still nothing.

Maurice Vaughan

Hi, GJ Harvey. It was just the holidays. That might be why you haven't heard back since speaking to Stage 32.

William Schreiber

Finally received it, after reaching out to Stage32 support team.

Martin Graham

I finally received mine last Monday, the 28th, which put it at exactly one month turnaround. Understandable, given the holidays. However, not entirely happy with the vague and clearly rushed feedback from the exec. But that's what you gamble on, unfortunately. Cheers and hope yours gets resolved soon!

Tania Ocasio

I’m still waiting on my feedback as well it’s been 60 days and counting GJ Harvey

Bram Christian

I have submitted to several beginning the later part of September………….. (crickets)

GJ Harvey

UPDATE: Now at 24 weeks on one, 14 weeks on the other (both were re-assigned, both are paid coverage from an Exec for $149).

Tania Ocasio

good evening

I’m still waiting i submitted mine in November 6, 2025 also I have emailed support and still nothing and yes mine are paid as well
