Hi Emily, I'm a new member. Sat/Sun starting Late afternoon or early evening meetings sounds great for me. I am a Nocturnal Creature that lives within walking distance to the Piano Bar. Plus they have Live Jazz there periodically!

Ok so been getting lots of people wanting to meet up AWESOME! Im going to work on trying to hold two. One for LA peeps who like me need a fri sat or sun and a halfway meetup for OC/IE peeps on one of those days as well. Im thinking for OC/IE meet off the 57 near the Brea mall at one of the places Buca di beppo etc etc etc. Once a month sounds good till we get established and enough people to do more! LA group we have so much we just need to pick a spot and go from there and then follow same plan as the other group. We already have Élysées group on wed. Which is difficult for me cuz i work mon to thurs and now it maybe fri but im on call for now for fri so i can say yea or nay for fri. After June 12 im looking for a spot if you all have specific dates day and time put it out there. Im all about establishing great relationships and helping each other we need to support each other! Then we can get a FB group and stay connected with the wed group we are all in this together. I hear the wed group is great so let's jump in eh? Blessings all!

Can Non-Human Carnivorous Alien Predators also attend the Meet-ups if we promise not to use the Human Members as food? If we get really hungry, we can always step out to the street and whack some Gang Bangers or any member of the L.A. City Council or Mayor's Office stupid enough to be alone and out at Night.

I used to belong to a networking group that used to meet in the back room of Paty's restaurant and later in the back of Marie Callender's, both located in Toluca Lake and both were great places to meet that could accommodate quite a few people and it is also quiet, since both locales are in the back.

Seems like a lot of interest but no meetup yet...

True - true ... I just can't figure out who might set it up???? A question perhaps for Stage 32 mgmt...

Hi, I may have a possible general solution to the L.A. Meetup problems and delays. I spoke with one of the Managers at Cantor's Delicatessen, located at 419 N Fairfax Ave, L.A., CA 90036. She said there would be no problem accommodating our Meetups, on a regular basis. They have a very large 2nd dining room, plus a walled off special seating area that can be easily reserved, that can hold a good 20-30 people (with seating, plus some standing room) with a bar adjacent to those areas. They are open to Fri/Sat/Sun evenings. Currently, Sunday is sometimes their slowest evenings, but not always. So, to the wonderful Emily Verdict and others that have shown interest, I think we can actually make this happen. The Manager said to just give her (Cantor's) a call when we have put it together amongst ourselves and she will accommodate us when we are ready. Cantor's, by the way, is open 24/7 except for some of the Jewish high Holy Days, all year. So, what do you folks think?
