About Chris

Mr. Egolf consults to the independent film industry, both domestically and internationally, representing producers, investors and equity stake holders. Mr. Egolf is engaged in the ever expanding array of worldwide revenue streams which is applied for the benefit of IP and copyright holders spanning the entire spectrum of financial recovery and revenue optimization. Mr. Egolf's experience as a Hollywood studio executive, executive producer, corporate consultant and entrepreneur within the epicenter of the global entertainment industry provides business acumen and global contacts.

Arriving in Los Angeles in 1978 and through 1993 Christopher had both the honor and distinction to work under leadership of industry luminaries Norman Lear, AJ Perenchio, Alan Horn and Kirk Kerkorian - among Hollywood's most active and proficient billionaires.

Much of this success was equal parts creative genius as well as rights management & licensing of the motion picture, television and home-video/digital media assets – on a title by title basis - as well as the cumulative portfolio strategy. These gentlemen had a profound influence on Christopher's keen sense for identifying value and growth opportunities in the consumer content space - worldwide.

A significant shift to the production side of film & video followed between 1993 and 2003, as a partner in Electronic Media Int'l (computer graphics & digital animation technology) followed by Group Dynamics (live event underwriting & sports/sponsor event media management).

With a background negotiating exhibition licenses, joint-ventures, co-productions and deficit financing transactions internationally, it was an easy transition into the mergers & acquisitions space. Since 2003, Christopher has applied his broad expertise to the valuation and monetization of intellectual property rights & licenses as well as the related contract performance auditing, ensuring proper reporting and accounting of title exhibition. The void between the Hollywood superstructure and the burgeoning independent production community is the ideal position to occupy via a Next Level Entertainment Holding Company – NOVACOM, currently in formation – the industry's first global virtual studio. Christopher has a diverse international network and “on the ground” experience in every major media market. A clear vision and an eye for opportunity, allows Chris to paint on a big canvas, at the enterprise level, while maintaining command and control of daily operations and profitability, as start-ups require.
