About Julian

Ten screenplays, two novels, three shorts.

I aim to strike the stone and make a spark, though as expected some are highly negative. I don't write for safe spaces. I go to the dangerous places.

That said, I did write a comedy for the challenge and as an expression of my love for the Marx Brothers. I was able to let my silly wisecrackin' side come out and the first four reviews have agreed that Poppycock is fast, fun, and most of all very funny.

In the end, glory comes in crafting something beautiful in message and form.

Professional goals:

1. See all my spec scripts made. MAYBE direct some down the road.

2. Get script doctoring and screenwriting gigs. Writer, co-writer, script doctor, it's all good.

3. Continue writing occasional novels.

4. Earn a reputation for being easy to work with.

Unique traits: Love them or hate them, my stories are like few others.
