Would love to meet up!

I was thinking on Jan.15th. I know that many people will be working during the daytime though. I would like to have an informal meet and greet. Maybe at the food court of a mall, or one of the many Starbucks. Any suggestions?

I'm not in LA, it would be difficult for me to get there. But I do have an opportunity available. If you would be interested in getting our programs onto your local cable access stations, we would be willing to pay your membership fee. Would be interested in forming "Secret Angel" groups for our newest reality television project.

Our basic offer is primarily for cable. Our Executive Producer, Josephine Russo, is always interested in expanding her network. So, if you would be willing to get our shows to air on your local cable station, she would be willing to pay for your membership fee, which is normally around $25. But, it doesn't cost anything to get our shows on air. Our newest project is called "Secret Angel", and the story line is simple: A stranger goes into a town and starts helping people through acts of random kindness, which inspires them to become more unselfish themselves. Eventually, they all come together to produce a fund-raiser and wind up providing unexpected blessings for others. The show documents the trials of heartache and sorrow, the joy of relief, and a follow-up to show how well the blessing has actually benefitted the receiver. Do you feel that this is something you could be excited to be a part of?

I would love to attend as well. Count me in! I was thinking somewhere around the Hollywood/Highland metro station would be a great idea. But yeah, lets see what others have to say as well.

Does the 15th work for everyone? That is on a Wednesday. I will be in LA until the end of month...(January).But working most of the time.

I like all of the ideas for the meeting place. As long as no one has to travel the 405 to get to the meeting place... Lol!

Would have been better for the meeting to be on a Sunday but if it has to be on any other day then after 6pm suits well coz most of us would be working during the daytime.

Looks like there is no way to accommodate everyone. Some need a weekend, some weekday evenings, some mornings. Joyce, perhaps you should set a date, location and time and see who can show up. Jan 15? Where and what time?

Hello ALL!! The meeting will be at Starbucks. I don't know which location yet. When I arrive in LA next week on Jan. 9th..I will scout a few locations. The DATE for the Informal Meet and Greet will be January 16th at 7 pm. This is just a meeting where we can connect with other professionals in the network., drink coffee and maybe get your next job! If you can make it, that would be great.... If not, I will drink coffee by myself :-)))) I hope to see you there once the location is set! Will let you know next week!!!

Hello everyone!!! It has been crazy busy since I arrived in L.A. Was able to go to Vegas and network also! So excited about the new business opportunities!!!! I also met with some major industry leaders, international directors and educators....All by being in the right place at the right time!!! I can't believe how things happen! With that being said... You never know who you will meet and who you will help you get that next job!! The informal networking meet and greet is still going to happen. Joyce, So glad I came out to the meetup last night. I apologize for not recognizing you from your profile picture. Small world...turns out Joyce and I worked together earlier this year on a television show. May 2014 be our most successful year yet!
