30-second Pitch

I have experience and am comfortable delivering short elevator-style pitches as short as 90-seconds. I am now required to prepare a 30-second video pitch for a TV (drama) project I'm developing. Just saying my name, the project title and logline eats up 15 seconds. Any suggestions on the best way organize a 30-second pitch to maximize its impact?

Hey Randy! Man - 30 seconds?! Attention spans are getting shorter, aren't they? Here is my thought - hit them with the BIG idea or hook of the series right away. Treat it like an expanded logline rather than trying to get into the nuances of the series or the pilot. You also might give a sense of your protagonists major flaw that they're struggling with that will lend to the complications or drama. And consider saving the title for last rather than first.

FADE IN, "Hi I'm Randy Steinlauf. This is a story about an government auditor who uncovers corporate embezzlement and finds the money is financing ____. The shadow gov't and intell agencies both want her. One to kill her and the other for the evidence; she can't trust anyone so she goes on the run ... " at the end allow a title card of 3-5 seconds with your name, title/genre, and contact info. This will allow you 23 seconds to pitch. Think in chunks. Do set up the overall goal, who the opponents and allies are, and what's at stake.
