When I was studying screenwriting, people said you need to have your phone number and email address on the title page. Is that still the case now that people are constantly connecting through the internet?

I typically just go email address. Most initial outreach to you would be via email because people are afraid of cold phone calls these days

The reason I asked this question is because I simply can't get Final Draft to work. I've sent the request for the password reset key a dozen times and there's never a response. All I want is to add contact details to the title page and it won't even let me do that.
That's from publishing too. Every page has a chance to impress someone, so every page should include a way for them to find you.

@Tom Reckon depends on age of reader. Some execs were around phone handset era & may even still use dinosaur answer phone. Gen Z & after never used them. ALL obviously use internet but I still put phone no aswell as email not to rule out completely a wild card response.

You don't know how your work will be passed around the office of a company you submit your script to. Some will forward the whole email and some will just send the document to the relevant department. The demands on people's time at these companies can be huge, so if someone at one of these places likes your script, you want to make it as easy as possible for them to contact you.
It's not like that anymore. POST OFFICES are going to close. I's all by a click of your keyboard, iPhone, laptop, etc...
