Help with dialogue

Looking for opinions, I have done some screenplays and enjoy it. But right now I feel like doing a novel that I could self publish. The novel would give me more immediate gratification than doing screenplays and paying for contests. However, I am terrified and terrible and proper grammar when writin...

Looks like you've gotten some great advice here and I'll just chime in to say don't let any of these things slow you down--first drafts don't have to be perfect and we all have editors who help us make things sound better and follow grammar rules. =)

We all write for the screen. Does it matter which screen?

I agree 100% Steven. You're a screenwriter because you write your work to be presented on a screen. Whether it's a 5 inch mobile screen or a 300' silver screen. If the story captivates the screen size is irrelevant.
