New DOPESICK Trailer from Mike Blutstein and John Goldwyn Productions

Hey everyone! This morning I received an email from Mike Blutstein the VP at John Goldwyn Productions who sent me the trailer for their latest project, "DOPESICK" on Hulu - and WOW! Check out the trailer:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYU1kzGn4rk

It stars Michael Keaton, Peter Sarsgaard, Rosario Dawson, Kaitlyn Dever, Will Poulter and John Hoogenakker.

You hear me talk all the time about the A-List companies and executives that work with Stage 32 Script Services. This is just the latest example of how Stage 32 Script Services is raising the bar and helping you get in front of industry professionals who are at the top of the industry.

If you want to send Mike your TV pilot you can do that by clicking here: https://www.stage32.com/scriptservices/coverage/buy?id=58&genre=Pilot&ex...

I think this is going to be an Emmy contender. What do you think?

Thanks for sharing, Jason Mirch. Thanks to Mike Blutstein for sharing the trailer. The trailer was entertaining and thrilling. This mini-series has Michael Keaton and a star cast. I see it as an Emmy contender. Stage 32 Script Services is definitely raising the bar and helping us get in front of top industry pros.

Mike has been such an excellent resource for so many people in our community. I'm thrilled to see DOPESICK coming out. I watched a couple documentaries on this subject recently and excited to see this story on Hulu.

Peter Romeo

This looks amazing! I’ll be watching it as soon as it hits Hulu! I think it might be an Emmy contender, the trailer looks amazing but I’ll revisit this after I see it!

You also might remember that Mike Blutstein found a project through Stage 32 that John Goldwyn Productions is now developing.

And listen to what Rebecca Glazer Greene said: "I have had several consults with Mike Blutstein. He's not only an effervescent personality but his coverage is top notch. Twice now (once on a feature and once on a TV Pilot) he gave me pivotal notes. I had gotten notes beforehand on these scripts, but he gave actionable ideas to elevate my scripts. He shares his expertise with a generosity that is unparalleled. If you want a thoughtful script coverage session, sign up with Mike."

This looks fantastic! My kind of movie. Loved the part where the dr. replies with "They say" it's not addictive. I've had my dr. say that exact thing to me years ago. My reply was "who's they- you mean a drug rep that watched a 15 min video?" Can't wait to watch. Thanks for sharing it with us! Michelle

Mariannjely Marval

Wow! it looks amazing!! love Rosario Dawson. Can't wait to watch it!!

Karen "Kay" Ross

Literal chills. I'm with you, Mariannjely, I love Rosario Dawson and would watch it for her alone. But also, the topic is so timely - I can't wait!

I do feel a bit of a "pinch me" moment, though, because it's amazing to think that this series started as nothing more than a script and a pitch deck, and executives we have within our reach saw it and made it happen. Double chills!

Kay, you said, "I do feel a bit of a "pinch me" moment, though, because it's amazing to think that this series started as nothing more than a script and a pitch deck, and executives we have within our reach saw it and made it happen. Double chills!" I didn't know that.
