Hello everyone! My name is Taiye Ojeikere. I recently graduated from UCLA in June with a Human Bio and Society degree and Global Studies minor, but I really wanted to get more into script writing and acting during that time. I'm happy to be here, learning from so many other talented people who have a lot more experience in this field of writing than I do! Thank you for your time, and I hope to connect with many of you guys!

We're glad you're here! Check out my rom-com "Stand Tall!" and its semi-superheroine lead character, 16-foot-1 1/8 Vegas showroom star Colleen Cossitt.

Since you're apparently a fan of superheroes, Taiye, have you followed the "She-Hulk: Attorney-at-Law" series on Disney+? I've been a fan of the character since the John Byrne comic books, and my Colleen Cossitt has many of the same attributes as its Jennifer Walters... someone who's been given superhuman power, but doesn't use it to try and save the world, merely wanting to get on with her life (in Colleen's case, as a showroom headliner) and to be loved, not perceived as a freak. (Attached is the cover of a pitch deck for the project.)

Yes I have a couple of episodes left, but I’ve really been enjoying it so far (and I love superheros!). I haven’t read many of the comics, but I do watch a lot of movies haha. Your story sounds interesting! I’m definitely looking forward to reading your script @vincent paterno!
