I'm exactly one month away from shooting my first short (which I wrote last year). Learned a lot through Stage32 re: what to do, what not to do, how the industry is these days etc etc. I have made quite a few connections through here, including an exec who Ive taken several meetings with for a feature-- Cross fingers! And... also... because I'm "back to one" in this business, my artistic partner and I are creating a multi-media production co (audio drama, docs, films) so as writers, we can have more control of our content. Looking forward to my Act Three of life unfolding more. The last two years have been a whirlwind. Feeling grateful.

Wow Susan congrats to you on shooting your first short and that you wrote! The photo is beautiful you posted. I love to hear the gratitude you feel for the last two years and all of the connections and what you've learned here at Stage 32, great to hear. Even if being a whirlwind, there no better feeling!
