You know what helped me to get out from between procrastination and depression? A deadline, a community, and regular accountability. I chose a screenwriting contest as my deadline for completing my script, I checked in weekly with the Writer's Room as part of their weekly webcasts, and if I had a question about anything, I could reach out to the community or their moderator, Jason Mirch.
