Hiya Chiron Scott -- you ask: Can anyone who's not going to recommend me to a another link to something on Stage32 or works for Stage32 reply?

I don't work for Stage 32 -- Stage 32 works for ME! it's all in how you leverage opportunities you see right in front of your face. I suspect you can't see the forest through the trees. Look around you. You are: in need of a team of likeminded individuals and creative intellectuals -- well, ta-DA!!! You found em. Everyone on Stage 32 is looking for what you are. Most either realise they are on a parallel journey and help and support each other, or they moan about being handed a hammer and saw, instead of given a house.

Here's an insiders' tip: reach out to others, see what they're up to, support them on their journeys (they are going to the same place you want to be), and by crikey, you will strengthen your connection to this powerful community, and find them supporting you. Crazy? Nah, we're all in this together.
