Hello everyone, I'm a Texas-based freelance publicist, working in the entertainment industry (film and music) for 18yrs). I rep clients in the entertainment, sports, luxury, wine, and spirits industries, but the film industry is my primary focus. I've worked as Publicist, Unit Publicist, Continuity and Casting with the last time on set was working along side Michael Madsen (yes that one) As a publicist, I’m retained by actors, producers, directors, screenwriters or entertainment/film companies to assist them with securing media placements, potential interviews and more in relation to the work of the cast, crew or the film production as a whole. How does it work? Short answer, if you have a budget in place to retain a publicist, we’ll discuss your focus and goals, term of agreement whether it’s for 6 to 12months or even a one off project. It’s up to you. How much could a retainer cost? It varies according to the needs of who is hiring me, the amount of work required and time frame but on average, costs average between $3800(minimum) - $9000/month. Questions?
