Daniel Jude Gennis
An Actor Who Likes To Do Different Things

As the the titles says I like to do different things. I have been fortunate to work on films - big budget, low budget, no budget even. I have 'trod the boards' in theatre as we say in the UK. I had my time in Television but TV no longer hires it seems. I have worked on corporate projects - The compu...

I wouldn't mind seeing Steve McQueen direct this, or perhaps Melina Matsoukas, or David MacKenzie. I really liked Queen & Slim; and, Hell Or High Water. All-time favorites.

Maybe somebody on Stage 32 will be kind enough to try and bring this script to the attention of Melina or David or Steve. Producer credit, of course, plus will cut you in on back end.

i've heard experienced screenwriters share the fact that they often write dialogue knowing full well it will be cut – either on the day or in the edit – but write it any way so that the scene functions on the page
