Whether it’s the contamination of local water supplies, the acceleration of climate catastrophes like wildfires, their pipelines causing plummeting property values, or the health risks associated with living near fracking sites, fracking is a nightmare that we can end now. We have the technology available to efficiently rely on renewable energy for the majority of our energy needs. The only thing we need are leaders who are willing to do what’s right, and not what makes fossil fuel corporations happy.
