New Projects

Hello, all. My name is Dinda Unaroma and I'm a screenwriter/director/producer from Indonesia. My dream is to get my shows to Netflix, while it's still early for them to acquire contents from around here.

The project that I'm currently pursuing to make is a series called "19 Letters", which is a story about students dealing with pressures in the acceleration class, which I already made the pilot of in the form of 6-episode webseries in YouTube that had gained a total of 3 million viewers and positive responses from YouTube audience.

I realize that most indie producers struggle with financing and therefore have to make their movies on shoestring budgets. It's difficult to make a "good" movie on a shoestring budget. Please recognize that even though you tried your best with the limited funds that you had, if the film is not GOOD, then it will likely not get distributed. The simple message is: if you want to get Distribution for your movie, make sure your movie is GOOD!

Hi folks, I'm Kat Rollinson.

I started writing in January and joined Stage 32 in April. Writing is my happy place. It's the stuff around it that's hard - networking, dusting yourself off when you get constructive feedback and then tweaking the script, trying to figure out the industry as a "newbie". Stage 32 is helping me with these points, and I am already collaborating on a script too.

Whilst I don't pretend to be an expert (newbies generally aren't!) I've got energy, determination, a beautifully dysfunctional set of characters with whom I enjoy sharing headspace - and now, a mutually supportive community to share the highs and lows with.

To me, writers are like entrepreneurs - or maybe mad inventors - we spend countless hours creating and refining a unique product, living with hope and conviction that someone else (many other people, in fact) will one day share that vision, help make it happen and enjoy the end product.

To those who've helped me already - thank you. To those whom I may help - you're welcome. To those new to Stage 32 or those whom I have yet to meet, welcome, and look me up!

I presented mainstream TV shows for over 15 years. Starting on BBC 1’s top consumer programme That’s Life, which boasted over 20 million viewers, I went on to present a whole variety of TV programmes including: ITV’s flagship children’s magazine programme Splash , BBC 1’s Hearts of Gold , BBC 1’s Four Square Daily Quiz  Show, Channel 4’s fly on the wall pioneer reality TV show As It Happens, and Central TV’s Arts programme First Night . I also presented the Queen’s Birthday Celebrations live from Buckingham Palace, and the Smirnoff UK Fashion Awards from the Albert Hall. I've interviewed many ‘A’ list celebrities such as Smokey Robinson, Michael Douglas, Richard Branson, George Benson, Take That, Joan Collins, Boy George, Status Quo and many many more. Other TV show credits include: Blankety Blank, What’s my line, Celebrity Squares, Noel’s House Party, Whose Baby, Give us a clue, On the Waterfront, Wide Awake Club, BBC Breakfast Time, Thames Telethon, BBC Children in Need, Crosswits, Jumble, Recordbreakers, A word in your ear, and many more.

My voice has also been heard on many voice overs, including Dreams Beds, Royal Bank of Scotland, P & O Ferries, The V & A Museum, John Lewis, Bosch, Imperial War Museum, Cooperative Funeral Care, Sanyo, Government Information films, Corporate and many Documentaries for the BBC and ITV. It is a voice associated with consumer knowledge and friendliness. I was the sole voice of Dreams, Britain’s largest Bed company for all their TV and Radio advertising for over 4 years. I also presented the AM Show on Globalcityradio.com, a Saturday morning internet radio show co-hosted with his good friend and fellow That’s Life presenter, Adrian Mills. This eclectic mix of chat, showbiz gossip and music quickly became the station’s number 1 show. I'm still writing music and have been the voice of Shark Vacuums for quite a few years now on all their advertising campaigns.

Hello all! I'm Marjorie Glantz, screenwriter, playwright, accent coach and the Director, Producer and Writer of "'Tis in my memory locked..." (En mi memoria queda guardado...") - my short film that has been selected for the 23rd Annual Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose, California. It was also selected for the Winter Shorts Film Festival and screens next weekend. I live too far to go to the either of the festivals, but I hope that if any of you do go... check out my short.
