I’m at the very beginning of my journey into filmmaking — coming from a background in philosophy and film theory. I recently completed my thesis on the aesthetics of the everyday in cinema, exploring how absurdity and violence reflect deeper emotional truths in the works of Kubrick, the Coen Brothers, and Balabanov.
Right now, I’m based in St. Petersburg, getting hands-on experience with local productions whenever I can — and slowly building my path toward something much bigger. I’m especially passionate about set work, storytelling, and the “invisible” moments that make a scene resonate. Think: the silence before the chaos, the odd beauty of routine, or the comedy hidden in despair.
I'm also working hard to improve my English, absorb as many films as possible, and connect with people who feel just as strongly about the magic of cinema.
My dream? To move to Los Angeles one day and work in the film industry — not just to watch the magic happen, but to be a part of making it real.
If you're into absurd realism, dry humor, emotional grit, or just love a good story — let’s connect

Uladzimir, I will take a moment to look at your project and message you, and last but not least Rosie, you've asked a very difficult question. I have to give you my favorite composers by genre. For classical I often find myself listening to Debussy, Beethoven and Stravinsky. For film composer, I often find myself listening to Bernard Hermann, Thomas Neman, and Ennio Morricone. For fusion, I love Alan Holdsworth, for Jazz Wes Montegomery, and I was on a pretty long Polyphia kick for a while. I could go on, but I'm sure I've left everyone glassy eyed by now. Thank you all for asking! Do any of you have favorite composers?

Great picks for composers. If you haven't heard it already, I highly recommend a track by Mancini called "Lujon" It's definitely a go to for me.
You're welcome, Tim Juliano. Great. I'll see you at the Open House.
If you have a composing reel, music videos, or those videos with music playing over backgrounds, you could post them on your profile....
